As a Carrier Sales Associate, you’ll be part of a dynamic environment that pushes your limits, challenges you to excel, and empowers you to carve your own path to success. In this role, you’ll cultivate relationships with truckload carriers, negotiate rates, and ensure freight moves seamlessly from point A to B. 

What We’re Looking For: 

Gritty, highly motivated self-starter with a relentless drive to succeed 
Outstanding communicator, strong negotiator and the ability to connect with people 
Sales experience is a plus, but not required. We want people eager for results! 
Willing to work on-site full-time in an industry that operates beyond standard business hours

Confident ability to build relationships and establish rapport with clients, peers, and leaders

What You’ll Do: 

Make 100+ cold calls to truckload carriers to fulfill shipping commitments 
Negotiate rates with carriers and book loads 
Focus on building new relationships as you build your own carrier portfolio 
Provide top notch service to partner carriers and internal stakeholders while being rewarded for exceeding metrics such as outbound calls, loads moved and automation targets 
Resolve service failures in an industry where chaos is bound to occur
