Human Resources Internship Summary:
Join our dynamic team for a 10-week Human Resources Internship designed to provide comprehensive exposure to various HR functions. Throughout the internship, you will rotate through different departments, gaining hands-on experience in various Human Resources related areas including, but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, DE&I, Benefits, and Human Resources Business Partner Areas.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in multiple HR disciplines, develop essential skills, interact and learn from key leaders, while contributing to meaningful projects and major company processes. By the end of the program, you will have a well-rounded understanding of the HR functions and be even more excited for a career in Human Resources.
Internship Details:
This is a 10 Week Summer Internship Program starting on May 27, 2025 and ending August 1, 2025.Interns are expected to be in Jacksonville for the duration of the program.Daily work schedule is hybrid or onsite. Fully remote is not an option.CSX provides optional intern housing for the duration of the 10-week program, as long as the selected intern meets eligibility criteriaCompetitive hourly pay
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of ageCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business, or a related major field of study from an accredited institution
Preferred Qualifications:
Anticipated graduation within a year after the end of the internship
Knowledge and Skills:
Proven leadership ability and initiativeAbility to share knowledge and work in a strong team environmentStrong communication, interpersonal and influencing skillsOrganizational skills and problem solving abilityProficient in Microsoft Office
