Skills
• Experience in guiding stakeholders regarding manufactured housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to supervise and manage teams effectively.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing logistical data and developing corrective actions.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the Manufactured Housing Unit Leader within the Logistics Management Directorate.
• Establish work assignments and set priorities for the unit.
• Monitor and assess the use of overtime hours.
• Identify logistical challenges and create corrective plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of housing units from manufacturers.

Qualifications
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IT-01 level.
• Proven ability to provide guidance on manufactured housing policies.
• Experience in supervising or managing subordinate staff.

Education Requirements
• Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, OR 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education, OR LL.M. if related.
• Combination of education and experience may also qualify.

Experience Requirements
• Experience in federal, state, or local government, or private sector relevant to manufactured housing.
• Must demonstrate relevant experience in logistical analysis and corrective action planning.
