Job overview:
Schneider is seeking an Operations Intern in Carlisle to provide support to Schneider’s operations team. The Operations Intern will solve problems as they arise and complete administrative processes, while gaining transportation experience.
Responsibilities:
Work with various systems and programs.
Work with a variety of teams, including customer service, safety and equipment maintenance.
Respond to driver phone calls and messages.
Resolve customer and equipment issues.

Professional skills trainings led by Schneider leaders.
Business resource groups meetings and events.
Volunteer activities.

Skills and qualifications:
Currently enrolled at a college or university.
Working toward an associate or bachelor’s degree.
1 year of previous work experience.
Able to work full-time over the summer.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
