Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Specialist – Bilingual Chinese at US Elogistics in Chino, CA. The HR Specialist will be responsible for recruitment process and HR third party labor management.

Source and screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screeningsDeveloping and maintain job postings, job descriptions, and position requirementsManaging the overall interview, selection, and closing processMonitoring onboarding processStaffing Agency Research – Identify and evaluate staffing agencies, analyzing their capabilities and past performance. Build and maintain a network of reliable staffing partners.Contract Review and Negotiation – Review and negotiate contracts with staffing agencies, ensuring terms are favorable and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.Labor Ordering and Coordination and monitor and track labor orders to ensure timely fulfillment.Communication as a liaison between the company and staffing agencies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2 years of recruiting and out sourcing labor experience preferredAbility to communicate in both English and Chinese effectively, both orally and in writingExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office packageDeep understanding of employment laws and regulations
