Qualifications
•
Associate degree or equivalent
•
one-year experience working for warehousing, logistics, wholesale, shipping, or freight forwarding companies
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
•
Must be able to take the initiative, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
•
Logistics: 1 year (Required)
Responsibilities
•
Plan and manage the logistics of business operation
•
Administer inter-company Shipping and Receiving functions between subsidiary in Taiwan, headquarter in the US, and remote warehouses across US
•
Handle Sales & Marketing trade show arrangements including travel and booth materials
•
Assist with project involving sales or rental of products (Customer Service, Logistics)
•
Support place purchase orders and search new suppliers, vendors
•
Provide administrative support as needed
•
Participate in projects as assigned
