FALL 2024 (SEPTEMBER START DATE) The sales representative is responsible for the sales lifecycle process and for courteous and accurate services to potential and existing customers of Reliance Partners. This position requires the employee to perform duties independently for periods of time and it is a requirement that employees must be present on site full-timeDuties & Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned by Manager • Follow Reliance Partners standard operating procedure for the sales process regarding insurance coverage for client • Correspond with potential insurance customers and manage sales pipeline • Identify companies within target markets for Reliance to explore as possible client • Use Reliance sales tools and CRM to manage sales lifecycle Skills & Requirements: • Strong prioritizing and time management skills. • Exceptional detail accuracy skills. • Bilingual skills are preferred, but not required • Strong “people skills” and positive, can-do attitude is a must. • Ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner. • Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Must be organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures. • Strong computer skills with various software including Microsoft Office, E-Mail, and Internet. • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with others.
